• Sizing Details- Since these Mouse ears are a type of headband, they all come in one size measuring 14 x 11 cm and 1 inch in width. The headbands I use to make my ears do have a certain elastic range, so one size should fit the average size.

• What are my Mouse ears made out of? - My new mouse ear design and structure materials are made out of hard foam and vinyl. The hard foam gives the mouse ears a more smooth, round, and define shape. Also with the new foam added, the ears will be much more sturdy and will stand up much better than before! The ears and bows are hot glued onto the headband. This means that a small amount of transparent glue may be seen. The certain fabric I use for each of the bows, mouse ears, and headbands hold onto each other very well and is hard to fall off unless pulled apart with force. This new design structure will be applied to all of my current and new mouse ears!

• Processing time- I set my processing time to 2-4 weeks. This is because since I do have quite a few items here and I am just one person, it may take me a while to complete all orders depending on how much I may have at that specific time. I’m only one person and am not available 24/7 to make the products. Once I’m available, I do rush myself to finish those orders and on average I ship the item(s) within two or three weeks. If you do have an upcoming trip and need the mouse ears much sooner, please check express processing/shipping.

• International shipping- Unfortunately, I don’t offer international shipping here but on my Etsy (popcreati), I do accept international orders if usps allows it. There are a limited amounts of spots though! 

• Do you accept returns?- All products are final sale and so returns will not be accepted. Returns/ Refunds will only be accepted if products arrive damaged. Please make sure to review your items before purchasing and make sure it’s the correct version you’re going for. If you do want to change/request something, it has to be soon after purchase and before it’s sent off to be shipped.

• Care instructions- As mentioned in my material section, my mouse ears are made out of dense, smooth foam and vinyl. Meaning, it is best to keep my ears away from any heat to keep the vinyl design from melting off. It’s not a huge deal if my ears get a little water on them BUT I do advise to remove the ears before going on any water ride to avoid any stains or incidents to the ears. And as for any rides that may have a lot of loops, I recommend to take off the ears as-well. They are sturdy and tight to a certain extent but most likely won’t hold on with a lot of loops and turns.

• What does N.B. mean?- In the descriptions of my listings, you can often find the abbreviation NB. NB simply means Non-Binary. The Non-Binary version for mouse ears includes the ears without the bow for those who prefer a neutral look.

• Express processing/shipping: this feature is only available on my Etsy! My current processing time is 2-4 weeks. If in any case, you need your mouse ears/ order ahead of your current order’s processing time, I do charge an extra $10 fee since I’m moving your order ahead of everyone else’s. If this is something you’d like to add to your future/current order, please do message ahead of time with your desired due date and so I could create a custom private listing for you on Etsy!
